By FCF Staff
“King Mo” Lawal’s fighting career isn’t quite done yet, as it’s being reported the former Strikeforce champ is returning for one more bout at Bellator 233.
The 38-year-old fighter announced he was hanging up the gloves earlier this summer, several weeks removed from a stoppage loss to Jiri Prochazka at RIZIN 15. But, Lawal has confirmed to ESPN that he’s agreed to fight Andrew Kapel at Bellator 233, on November 8th. Lawal has also told the outlet that the fight, which will be a catch weight at 195 pounds, will be the last of his career.
Lawal (21-9) heads into the contest having loss three straight. Kapel (13-6), meanwhile, has won three in a row.
Bellator 233 will be hosted by Thackerville, Oklahoma.
