The line-up for UFC 166 continues to fill out, as the promotion has announced that Strikeforce vet KJ Noons will fight former TUF coach George Sotiropoulos as the promotion’s October 19th card in Houston.

Noons (11-7) will be looking to end a three fight losing skid, as the experienced striker is coming off losses to Ryan Couture, Josh Thomson and most recently Donald Cerrone. The lightweight’s last win took place in December, 2011, when he outscored Billy Evangelista for the unanimous decision win.

Sotiropoulos (14-5) has also lost three straight and could be facing the chopping block, as the Australian fighter has been defeated by Dennis Siver, Rafael dos Anjos and Ross Pearson in consecutive fights. Prior to the losses the accomplished grappler had won 8 straight.

UFC 166 will be headlined by a heavyweight bout between champion Cain Velasquez and Junior dos Santos. Daniel Cormier will fight fellow heavyweight contender Roy Nelson in the co-main-event.
