The 37-year-old Duffee (9-3) hasn’t competed since 2019, when a UFC bout with Jeff Hughes was declared a no-contest (due to an accidental eye-poke). Duffee faced De Fries back in 2012, and recorded a first-round, stoppage win.
Defries (22-6), meanwhile, is riding a 10 fight winning streak, and the 36-year-old has defended the KSW title seven times.
KSW 59 will be available in North America via pay-per-view.
