In the latest edition of Full Contact Fighter Radio host Kelsey Mowatt talks to the MMA Lab’s head Brazilian Jiu Jitsu coach John Crouch and recently, retired UFC vet Din Thomas.
Crouch discusses various matters related to the MMA Lab, including former UFC lightweight champ Benson Henderson’s upcoming bout with Josh Thomson.
Thomas recently announced he was hanging up the gloves, after a lengthy and accomplished MMA career, which began in 1998. The 37 year-old fighter discusses the reasons for his decision and reflects on his career.
