On Thursday, October 29th, LFA hosted the weigh-in for LFA 94: Demopoulos vs. Godinez from the Holiday Inn – Wichita East in Wichita, Kansas. The main event will feature a women’s strawweight world title fight between inaugural champion Vanessa “Lil Monster” Demopoulos (5-2) and top undefeated challenger Lupita “Loopy” Godinez (4-0). LFA 94 will take place inside the Hartman Arena in Park City, Kansas, which is a suburb of Wichita. The main card will be available tomorrow night LIVE on UFC FIGHT PASS® at 9 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. PT.

LFA officials implemented strict health codes, safeguards, and Coronavirus (COVID-19) testing protocols throughout the week. In accordance with these guidelines, every athlete competing at LFA 94 has tested negative for Coronavirus (COVID-19).

All, but three fighters, made their contracted weight when they stepped on the scales. Joe Giannetti, Chase Gibson, and Ryan Hayes missed the mark and will now forfeit a portion of their purses to their opponents. LFA 94 will proceed with eight bouts, which includes the Women’s Strawweight World tTtle fight in the main event.
