Las Vegas, NV – Lion Fight Promotions CEO Scott Kent today announced that Lion Fight’s World Welterweight Champion Jorina Baars, the last woman ever to defeat MMA superstar Cris Cyborg, will take on Casey Bohrman in the main event championship bout for LION FIGHT 20, Friday, February 20, 2015 live from Foxwoods Resort Casino.

Tickets for LION FIGHT 20 are on sale now through Foxwoods.com or by calling the Foxwoods’ Box Office at 800-200-2882 or Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000. Tickets are also available by visiting the Foxwoods Resort Casino box office.

LION FIGHT 20 airs live on AXS TV starting at a special time, 9:00 p.m. ET/6:00 p.m. PT. The broadcast will feature play-by-play and color commentary by UFC Hall of Famer Pat Miletich alongside renowned sports commentator Michael “The Voice” Schiavello.

Jorina Baars (36-0) made her American debut in a break through performance at LION FIGHT 14 when she beat Cyborg via unanimous decision. This hard-earned victory shocked and impressed fight fans all over the world, and instantly put the undefeated fighter from the Netherlands on the combat sports map in the United States. Baars will return to the Muay Thai ring February 20 to attempt her first Lion Fight title defense and keep her perfect record intact.

Casey Bohrman (8-5) did not hesitate to step up to challenge the newly crowned Lion Fight champion and contest her unbeaten status in Muay Thai. Bohrman has fought world champions such as America’s Natalie Fuz, Canada’s Sandra Bastian, and arguably the best and undefeated female Muay Thai fighter in the world, Holland’s Germaine DeRandamie. Casey is a world-class fighter who is not only technical and aggressive, but also known for showing great passion and determination in her title pursuits.

In the LION FIGHT 20 action-packed co-main event, Chris Mauceri will take on Thai fighter Sittisak in a men’s 143 lbs. full Muay Thai rules bout.

Mauceri (7-1) is a star on the rise that has stood with some of the best Muay Thai fighters in the U.S. He fought Kevin Ross, who is the reigning Lion Fight Super Lightweight Champion, and defeated Coke Chunhawat who has over 150 fights on record. In this fight, he showed how much he improved his Muay Thai skills within just months since taking his first professional loss from Kevin Ross.

Sittisak (65-12) originally from Bangkok, Thailand, now fights out of Atlanta in the Top Thai gym. Sittisak made his debut at the first-ever Lion Fight event February 12, 2011 when he took on Kevin Ross. The bout went down as one of Lion Fight’s best ever because of the pair’s back and forth full Muay Thai rules battle. At LION FIGHT 20, Mauceri now takes on a young, aggressive and also highly technical opponent in Sittisak.

The live televised card for LION FIGHT 20 also includes east coast favorites Tim Amorim, Tom Evans, Julio Pena, and west coast signed fighters Jason Andrada and Gaston Bolanos. The main card includes:

123 lbs. Bout: Jason Andrada (Las Vegas, NV) vs. John Nofer (Philadelphia, PA)

140 lbs. Bout: Tom Evans (Central Fall, RI) vs. Julio Pena (Boston, MA)

135lbs. Bout: Tim Amorim (Philadelphia, PA) vs. Bryce Lawrence (Naples, FL)

143 lbs. Bout: Gaston Bolanos (Dublin, CA) vs. TBD
