Lion Fight has confirmed several bouts for its March 27th card in Temecula, California, including a rematch between Kevin Ross and Tetsuya Yamato.

The promotion’s super lightweight champion battled Yamato in September, 2013, and the latter won the bout via split decision. The rematch will headline Lion Fight 21, which will be hosted by the Pechanga Resort and Casino.

In the co-headliner, former Lion Fight featherweight champ Tiffany Van Soest will battle decorated Dutch fighter Chajmaa Bellekhal.

“For our first fight in California, we’re topping Lion Fight 21 with the west coast American Muay Thai star Kevin Ross, who will rematch with Tetsuya Yamato and attempt to defend his recently won super lightweight title,” Lion Fight CEO Scott Kent was quoted saying in a press release from the promotion. “Also, Tiffany Van Soest, one of the most popular fighters in Muay Thai will take on Dutch champion Chajmaa Bellekhal in a blockbuster women’s co-main event,” said Kent. “At our March 27 Pechanga debut, from start to finish, fans will witness the incredible, world class Muay Thai action that has made Lion Fight the most exciting event in the sport.”

The kickboxing promotion has also announced the rest of the main card fights, which include Victor Saravia vs. Sam Poulton, Nick Chasteen vs. Clement LaCroix, Malaipet vs. Ben Yelle and Josh Shepard vs. Jose Lopez.

The main card for Lion Fight 21 will be broadcast on AXS TV.
