LAS VEGAS  – With the recent news that LION FIGHT will present a consistent schedule of events every three or four weeks for the remainder of 2014 and throughout 2015, due to a multi-year venue deal inked with Foxwoods Resort Casino, Scott Kent, CEO of LION FIGHT today announced he is signing more fighters to exclusive contracts, and this week, immediately locked up three east coast Muay Thai stars to a multi-fight deal. Tim Amorim, Tom Evans and Chris Mauceri now fight exclusively in the LION FIGHT ring. Kent also stated that World Muay Thai Champion and west coast fan favorite Kevin Ross renewed with LION FIGHT, as did Arizona’s rising star Nick Chasteen.

“As the world’s largest, most active and premier promotion in the sport of Muay Thai, LION FIGHT is now vigorously pursuing the best, most exciting fighters to join our roster,” said Kent. “We have created legitimate championship divisions for men and women, and if you are a Muay Thai fighter who wants to take on the legends, the champions, the fighters who put this sport on the map in America, you will find them in LION FIGHT.

Kent continued, “We are thrilled to welcome Tim Amorim, Tom Evans and Chris Mauceri to the LION FIGHT family, and that Kevin Ross calls LION FIGHT home. Ross has sought out and fought the best Muay Thai fighters in the world. He’s been an icon for Muay Thai in America for years. Nick Chasteen is a talented, young fighter and we are excited about his future.”

“Lion Fight has offered me a fantastic platform to continue to follow my passion, said Ross. “They are getting our sport the exposure it deserves and building something really special in Lion Fight. I am very happy to do my part and help them grow Muay Thai in America.”

Amorim, Evans and Mauceri join the LION FIGHT roster just as the promotion heads back for a second east coast edition of LION FIGHT full Muay Thai rules action. LION FIGHT 17 takes place inside the Grand Theater at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, CT.
