Lion Fight Promotions, a worldwide leader in Muay Thai combat, are excited to announce three upcoming dates and some of the major bouts lined up for these stellar events.

All three events will air live on www.FloCombat.com.

Lion Fight’s fall schedule kicks off on Saturday, September 15th at Foxwoods Resort Casino with Lion Fight 46 headlined by fan favorite Steve “Put Em To Sleep” Walker (5-0). The reigning North American Super Cruiserweight champion, who fights out of Boston, MA, puts his belt on the line for a second time, but it will be his first time as the headliner. His rival for the main event is Marcus “Money” Sursa (5-3), an Amarillo, TX, product who is intent on ripping the title away from the champion.

Walker claimed the inaugural Lion Fight North American title in April with a commanding performance as he notched a decision win over Olivier Fairtex. His first defense was a successful one as he put up a third-round stoppage over late replacement veteran William Sriyapai.

Tickets for Lion Fight 46 go on sale Friday, August 17th at www.foxwoods.com/Lion-Fight-46 and are also available from fighters on the card. More fights will be announced very shortly.

Just three weeks later, Lion Fight returns to its cherished den on the east coast as Lion Fight 47 roars into Foxwoods. On the top of the marquee for that event will be undefeated World Cruiserweight champion Chip “The Surgeon” Moraza-Pollard (8-0), who hails from Plymouth, MA, as he puts his perfect record and belt at stake against dangerous French foe Remy “Robocop” Vectol (52-12-1).

Moraza-Pollard first defended his Lion Fight crown last November in London with a solid five-round decision win over the then-undefeated Jordan Smith. He notched a thorough effort to pick up the unanimous decision win over New Zealand’s Slava Alexeichik at Lion Fight 42 in February. Most recently, Moraza-Pollard suffered the first knockdown of his Muay Thai career but held off a fifth-round charge from Canadian Mark MacKinnon to pull out a majority decision win.
More bouts and ticket information is forthcoming for Lion Fight 47.

Only a week later, Lion Fight ventures overseas – this time making a historic stop in Cork, Ireland, as Siam Warriors Presents Lion Fight 48.

A thrilling matchup headlines that card as Thai superstar Thepnimit Sitmonchai (121-50-6) travels to hostile grounds to face Irish sensation Ryan Sheehan (29-5-2). Their rematch will be for the inaugural Lion Fight World Bantamweight championship.

The Ireland card will see two other popular figures try to use home field to their advantage. In a welterweight tilt, Sean “Clubber” Clancy (34-11) steps up on competition as he stands opposed to Thai standout Thong Fairtex (54-20). Also at the top of the bill is a middleweight encounter that will see Cork’s own Wayne Cambridge (20-10) try to derail the plans of slick American star Eddie “Silky Smooth” Abasolo (9-2).
