Mackenzie Dern versus Tecia Torres set for UFC 273, which is scheduled for April 9th. Bout will be contested at straw-weight(115lbs). Location will be revealed at a later date.
Tecia Torres announced the fight via Twitter. However, it was first reported by MMA Ideas‘ a few weeks prior to Torres’ announcement.
This fight will have important implications in the straw-weight division with Tecia Torres, winner of her last three bouts, looking to break into the top five of the division with beating Dern, who is ranked #5 in the straw-weight rankings.
