Dare Fight Sports has added a featherweight bout to the promotion’s upcoming January 7^th event in Bangkok, Thailand, as Majee “Major” Overall will take on AJ Pyro.

According to a press release from Dare, Overall is “a Japanese American fighter and a grappling expert with a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, who recently moved to Thailand and will be representing Phuket Top Team.”

Pyro is an experienced Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu trainer, who is reportedly coming off a decision win in his MMA debut last year. The personal trainer resides in Malaysia and is currently training for the January 7^th card out of the Juggernaut Fight Club in Singapore.

The winner of the upcoming bout will advance to the opening round of Dare Fight Sports championship tourney, which will determine the promotion’s eight different title holders. The new champions will reportedly share one million dollars in bonus money.

The DARE 1/12 card will be hosted by Bangkok’s Club Insomnia and will be broadcast via pay-per-view at darelive.tv.
