Marvin Vettori versus Robert Whittaker set for September clash in Paris

The UFC officially announced Marvin Vettori versus Robert Whittaker is set for their September 3rd event. Bout will be contested at middleweight(185). Location will be at the Accor Arena in Paris, France.
Both fighters are looking to get back to another title shot in the middleweight division. Robert Whittaker’s last bout was against the middleweight champion Israel Adesanya, where he lost via unanimous decision last February at UFC 271.
Marvin Vettori is looking to build on momentum from his last win against Paulo Costa, where he won via unanimous decision last October of 2021.
