Although the venue and city have yet to be confirmed, the Ultimate Fighting Championship has announced that its January 19th return to Brazil will feature a middleweight bout between Michael Bisping and Vitor Belfort.
Belfort (21-10) is coming off a fourth round, submission loss to light-heavyweight champion in September. Prior to the defeat the 35 year-old vet scored back-to-back wins over Yoshihiro Akiyama and Anthony Johnson while competing a middleweight.
Bisping (23-4) also competed at UFC 152 in September and worked his way to a unanimous decision win over Brian Stann. The only man to defeat Bisping in his last five fights is former number one contender Chael Sonnen.
