Not long after Chris Weidman criticized Michael Bisping for his performance at UFC 204, the middleweight champ has fired his own verbal shots at the decorated wrestler.

Bisping worked his way to a decision win over Dan Henderson on Saturday, but the champion was dropped twice during the bout and looked much worse for wear. Weidman characterized Bisping’s performance and callout of the top contenders afterwards as embarrassing.

Well, recently Bisping appeared on “UFC Unfiltered“, and the British fighter had this to say about Weidman (quote via MMA Junkie.com):

“He thinks I’m ducking him,” Bisping said. “He’s (expletive) crazy. I’ve never ducked anyone in my life. I’m surely not going to start with that (expletive) douchebag.

“So if he wants to do it, he can come out here and try to wrestle me to death, but he’ll find himself punched in the face repeatedly.”

Weidman is scheduled to fight Yoel Romero on November 12th at UFC 205.
