NAAFS Announces Line-Up For “Night of Champions”

The North American Allied Fight Series has announced the line-up for the promotion’s upcoming November 23rd event in Canton, Ohio, which will feature action in the promotion’s amateur and professional ranks.
Headlining the card will be a bout between Pro Series 125 lbs World Champion Aisling Daly (12-2) and challenger Kelly Warren (3-0), which will mark the second time the women’s champ will be featured in a NAAFS main event.
Some of other pro bouts that have been confirmed for the upcoming card include Bellator vet Jessica Eye (4-1) vs. Jennifer Scott (2-1), former NAAFS heavyweight champ Josh Hendricks (18-7) vs. William Penn (5-3), and Antonio Castillo Jr. (2-3) vs. Kevin Rothacker (2-0).
“Night of Champions” will include several of its annual amateur title fights, as Mark Cherico (8-0) will take on Russ Breltrick (7-4) for the 145lbs. title, Khama Worthy (7-2) will fight Frank Sloan (10-1) for the lightweight belt, and Dave Gabig (6-2) is scheduled to battle Todd Bevan (7-0) for the 170 title.
In addition, Dave Lastafka (5-0) will square off with Steve Burton (7-1) for the amateur middleweight crown, and 2010 amateur bantamweight champion Isaiah Chapman (11-1) will fight Tyler Saltsman (6-2).
More bouts for the November 23rd event, which will be hosted by the Canton Civic Center, are expected to be announced soon.
