Al and Eddie
Monday, January 1 — Since we are closed for New Year’s Day, today will be an archived show.

Tuesday, January 2 — We’re back live in our studios, and today we begin our series of shows looking back on the year 2000 and previewing the outlook for 2001. Gary Abbott, USA Wrestling’s Director of Communications, helps guide us through the Olympic year 2000 and preview 2001 in WRESTLING. We will also review some of what happened in combat sports during our week-long holiday break.

Wednesday, January 3 — Today we review 2000 and preview 2001 in GRAPPLING and JIU-JITSU with our guests Kid Peligro of the Abu Dhabi Combat Club and Kipp Kollar, president of the North American Grappling Association. We also will discuss the past year and what will happen in the Ultimate Fighting Championship with its matchmaker extraordinaire, John Perretti.

Thursday, January 4 — Today is Boxing Day on "No Holds Barred" as we discuss what went on in 2000 and what we think will go on in 2001 in BOXING with Doug Fischer, Steve Kim, and Thomas Gerbasi, all of Houseofboxing.com.

Friday, January 5 — Today the focus is on the year 2000 and a preview of 2001 in MIXED MARTIAL ARTS/NHB. We are joined by Tito Ortiz, who just successfully defended his UFC middleweight championship at UFC XXIX/UFC Japan. We also speak with the "Voice of the Octagon," Bruce Buffer, about what happened in the past year and what to expect in the new year.
