According to figures released today by the Nevada State Athletic Commission, 14, 674 people were in attendance at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on May 26^th to witness UFC Heavyweight Champion Junior dos Santos stop challenger Frank Mir.

Of the nearly 15,000 people in attendance, 11, 428 of them paid for their tickets and 3,246 were issued complimentary seats, which constitutes approximately 20% of the people in attendance. According to the NSAC numbers 276 tickets for the event went unsold.

The live gate for UFC 146 was $3,428,775.

The card featured the first title defense of dos Santos, who finished the former champion Mir off in the second round with a flurry of strikes.
