Ben Askren finally has an opponent and card for his ONE FC debut, as the promotion has announced he’ll fight Bakhtiyar Abbasov on May 30th. The bout will headline ONE FC “Honor and Glory”, which will go down at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.

Askren (12-0) will be fighting for the first time since Bellator 97 last July, when he stopped Andrey Koreshkov in the fourth round. Following the win, the champion entered free agency, and eventually signed with ONE FC.

Abbasov (11-2) will also be making his ONE FC debut, and the welterweight arrives in the promotion having won 9 straight bouts.

ONE FC has also announced that UFC vet Caros Fodor (8-4) will fight lightweight Willy Ni (15-8), and that Jake Butler (3-1) will battle light-heavyweight Pane Haraki (3-2).

The card will be available via online pay-per-view throughout North America.
