Bibiano Fernandes extended his run as ONE FC’s bantamweight champ, as the highly regarded fighter tapped out Dae Hwan Kim with a second round, rear-naked-choke today in Manila.

With the win, Fernandes has won nine straight bouts and carries a record of 17-3.

ONE FC 23 also featured Brandon Vera’s promotional debut, and the UFC vet knocked out Igor Subora in the opening round.

The card also featured James McSweeney taking on Roger Gracie, and the latter earned a third round, stoppage victory.
