PFL 8 Results: Thad Jean Wins Welterweight Tourney

The PFL wrapped up its welterweight and featherweight tournaments on Friday, and Thad Jean and Movlid Khaybulaev are leaving Atlantic City with new belts.
Jean outscored former interim Bellator champ Logan Storley to secure a unanimous decision win and the welterweight tourney championship. With the victory, the 27-year-old Jean moved his record to 11-0.
The card also saw Khaybulaev submit Jesus Pinedo in round five to win the featherweight tourney. The 34-year-old Khaybulaev, who also won the PFL featherweight tourney in 2021, now carries a record of 24-0-1.
