One of the world’s most decorated Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioners, Braulio Estima, will make his MMA debut at Titan Fighting Championship’s upcoming event on August 24th.

The event will take place in Kansas City and will be broadcast live on AXS TV (formerly HDNet).

Estima, who is a second degree black belt in BJJ, has won Gold at the Abu Dhabi Combat Club Submission Wrestling World Championship in the Absolute Division twice and the 88 kilogram division once. The 32 year-old Brazilian native has also won multiple World and Pan American BJJ championships.

Estima has been preparing for his MMA debut with the renowned Blackzilians team in South Florida, and according to a report from MMA Fighting, he will fight Chris Holland (5-3) at Titan FC 24.

Holland is coming off a second round stoppage win over UFC vet Phil Baroni at Ring of Fire 43 in June.

Earlier in the year, Estima made headlines after Nick Diaz failed to show for their grappling match at the World Jiu Jitsu Expo.
