After taking out Brian Rogers at Bellator 152 on Saturday, Alessio Sakara is calling for a bout with fellow UFC vet, “Rampage” Jackson.

Sakara, who was making his Bellator debut at the event, stopped Rogers with strikes in round two. After the bout, the Italian fighter had this to say about facing the UFC’s former light-heavyweight champ (quote via MMA Junkie.com):

“I don’t want to trash talk,” Sakara said. “It’s only my dream to fight Quinton Jackson in Bellator Kickboxing.”

Sakara has gone 2-0, with 1 no-contest, since he exited from the UFC in 2013.

Jackson is scheduled to fight Satoshi Ishii at Bellator’s upcoming, June 24th card in St. Louis. The star is returning to the promotion after a lengthy contractual battle with Bellator was settled.
