Al Iaquinta Repeats Criticisms of UFC, Tells Dana White to “Shut Your F–king Mouth”

Al Iaquinta

By FCF Staff

Al Iaquinta was quick to criticize the UFC for how much the promotions pays its fighters, following his win this past weekend, and the fighter didn’t hold back in blasting the company and Dana White today.

Iaquinta has been openly critical of his contract in recent months, and after he took out Diego Sanchez on Saturday, the heavy handed fighter reported he wasn’t sure if he’ll fight again. The lightweight also told the UFC off, after the company announced the bonuses for UFC FN 108, of which, none were awarded to him.

On Monday, Iaquinta appeared on The MMA Hour, and once again, he criticized the organization for how much they’re paying him. In addition, Iaquinta had this to say about UFC President Dana White (quote via MMA Fighting):

“Is that crazy? I’m a professional freakin’ athlete who just was on TV, FOX Sports 1 co-main event, and $50,000 is what I walk away with? Are you kidding me?

“Dana White has done a lot for this sport, but he’s not gotten one injury from this sport. And for him to say, ‘the best part of UFC Brooklyn was the flight home’ — you’re on a private jet, bro. Shut the f*ck up. You’re on a private jet. Most people, that would be the highlight of their life. Forget the night. You’re on a private jet, of course it’s the highlight of your night. Two guys are fighting in a cage, getting hurt. Jim Miller probably couldn’t [walk]. Who was the leg kicks, someone was getting their f*cking leg kicked in? [White] owes an apology to all those motherf*ckers. That’s some bullsh*t. Shut your f*cking mouth.”

With the win on Saturday, Iaquinta extended his winning streak to five.
