Paul "Semtex" Daley

While speculation continues as to whether Paul Daley will return to the UFC, the British Association of Mixed Martial Arts has announced he’ll battle Igor Fernandes next.

The welterweight fight will headlined BAMMA 16, which will be hosted by the Victoria Warehouse in Manchester, England on September 13th.

Daley (34-13-2) is coming off a knockout win over Romario Manoel da Silva in December, after he was decisioned by Aexander Yakovlev one month earlier. The feared striker is 4-1 in his last 5 fights.

Fernandes (18-6) hasn’t fought since last March, when he tapped out Rudy Bears, and extended his win streak to six.

No other bouts have been announced yet for BAMMA 16.
