[London 20.07.16] BAMMA today announces Daniel Crawford as the replacement opponent for Brian ‘The Pikeman’ Moore at BAMMA 26: Craig Vs. Fields. A further amateur bout is also added to the fight card at the 3Arena, Dublin, Ireland on September 10th 2016.

After a successful debut at BAMMA 24 against Mick ‘Basher’ Brennan, Brian ‘The Pikeman’ Moore (9-4) returns to the 3Arena for BAMMA 26 against Korkmaz. The Wexford based fighter training out SBG is looking to take his win column into double figures on September 10th, and fighting in front of his home crowd is something that he is once again relishing.

Daniel Crawford (7-1) was originally slated to face Moore back in October 2015, but an injury to Moore prevented the bout from taking place.  Crawford’s background in boxing elevates his dynamic striking style, which he put to good use recently in his decision win over Kams Ekpo.  Boasting power and speed as his key attributes, Crawford will be looking to make a real statement on BAMMA debut at the 3Arena.

‘Yogurty’ Dave Fogarty Vs. Barry Hanna (Amateur Flyweight Bout)

Coming off the back of his recent IMMAF Flyweight Silver medal at the World Championships in Las vegas, ‘Yogurty’ Dave Fogarty (Am 4-2) now joins the BAMMA 26: Craig Vs. Fields undercard. Fighting out of SBG Charlestown under Owen Roddy, ‘Yogurty’ is promising fireworks come fight night.

Barry Hanna (Am 1-2) fights out of Malahide Martial Arts alongside coach ‘Johnny Jitzu’ John Redmond.  Most recently picking up a win in November of 2015 via an Armlock submission, Hanna jumped at the chance of being able to take on the IMMAF Silver Medalist in the 3Arena and will be looking to silence the crowd and play the role of spoiler on the night.
