Douglas Lima demonstrated once again at Bellator 100 Friday why he’s a top tier welterweight, as the fighter recorded another KO win over UFC Ben Saunders to win his second tournament.

After a competitive first round, Lima dropped Saunders in round two with a pounding uppercut, and the latter’s left eye quickly began to close. A bloodied Saunders managed to recover, but after the fight return to its feet, Lima finished the fight with brutal body-punch, head kick combo.

Lima relayed after the pivotal win that he may have broke his hand in the bout. The two friends fought once before in 2011 and Lima also stopped Saunders in round two.
