Bellator 110’s “Rampage” Jackson-Christian M’Pumbu Bout Draws Over 1 Million Viewers

“Rampage” Jackson is unquestionably one of Bellator’s biggest names, and the former UFC champ’s bout with Christian M’Pumbu Friday night drew over one million viewers.
According to a press release sent out by the promotion’s broadcasting partner SPIKE, 1.1 million people tuned in to watch Jackson battle M’Pumbu. The light-heavyweight quickly stopped M’Pumbu with a flurry of ground-and-pound punches, and advanced to the tourney finals.
“King Mo” Lawal worked his way to a UD win over Mikhail Zayats in the other light-heavyweight semifinal and will fight Jackson in the coming months.
Bellator 110, which went down in Uncasville, Connecticut, averaged880,000 viewers. In addition, the card’s television audience was up +99% in Persons 18-49, +81% in Men 18-49, and +54% Men 18-34 compared to the Season 9 premiere in August, 2013.
Those numbers reportedly do not reflect DVR figures which are expected later this week.
