Bellator 116: Brandon Halsey-Joe Pacheco Bout Moved Into Middleweight Tourney

Bellator has announced that this Friday’s reserve bout between Brandon Halsey and Joe Pacheco has been changed to a middleweight semifinal match-up.

The move comes not long after Jeremy Kimball failed to make weight for his semifinal bout with Dan Cramer last week.

Bellator 116 will be hosted by the Pechanga Resort & Casino in Temecula, California, and will feature a heavyweight semifinal between Lavar Johnson and Blagoi Ivanov in the main event.

Here is the updated line-up for Friday’s event. The main card will be broadcast on SPIKE.

Bellator Heavyweight Semifinal: Blagoi Ivanov (10-0) vs. Lavar Johnson (18-8)

Bellator Welterweight Semifinal: Nathan Coy (14-4) vs. Adam McDonough (10-0)

Light Heavyweight Feature Fight: Joey Beltran (14-10) vs. Vladimir Matyushenko (27-7)

Bellator Heavyweight Semifinal: Mighty Mo (6-2) vs. Alexander Volkov (19-4)
