Andrey Koreshkov may not have done it in the fashion most would have predicted, but the fighter upset Douglas Lima tonight at Bellator 140, and laid claim to the welterweight title.

Instead of his vaunted striking game, it was the takedowns and grappling of Koreshkov which delivered him the victory. Although Lima was able to sweep Koreshkov on several occasions, the heavy handed fighter was repeatedly put on his back, and lost the bout via unanimous decision.

Here are the results from Bellator 140, which took place at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut.
