After a lengthy and public legal battle, Bellator has announced that Quinton “Rampage” Jackson is returning to the promotion.

On Tuesday, Bellator released a statement, which reported that the company and the fighter have reached a “amicable agreement to settle the litigation” between them. No information was disclosed, however, as to when Jackson will make his return.

According to a follow up report from MMA Fighting.com, the agreement calls for Jackson to fight two more times for Bellator.

Jackson signed with Bellator originally back in 2013, and proceeded to go 3-0. Later in 2014, the fighter and his camp claimed that Bellator had not fulfilled all of the conditions in his contract, and he resigned with the UFC. Athough Jackson was cleared to fight at UFC 186 last April, where he decisioned Fabio Maldonado, a legal battle was ongoing.

The 37 year-old star returns to Bellator armed with a record of 36-11.
