Bellator has announced that it has signed undefeated, NCAA Division II wrestling champion, Joey Davis to a multi-fight contract.

During his wrestling career, the 21 year-old Davis put together an awe inspiring 131-0 record and won four consecutive NCAA Division II Championships. He is the only Division II wrestler to ever win four national titles and go undefeated.

Davis is expected to make his pro-debut in Bellator’s welterweight division later this year.

“With God you can achieve anything, and I’m gonna do it with high fashion,” Davis said in a press release from the promotion. “Joining Bellator is my latest achievement to date.  I don’t remember what it’s like to lose, and I’m not planning on finding out any time soon.”

Davis will prepare for his debut at Antonio McKee’s Body Shop Gym in Long Beach, Calif. alongside friend and Bellator featherweight, AJ McKee.
