Benson Henderson has his next fight, as the former UFC lightweight champ will battle Rustam Khabilov, June 7th in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

The lightweight fight will headline the upcoming event, which will be hosted by the city’s Tingley Coliseum. News of the bout was reported first by the Albuquerque Journal and was re-tweeted by the UFC.

Henderson (20-3) is coming off a split decision win over Josh Thomson in January, after he lost the lightweight belt to Anthony Pettis last August.

Khabilov (17-1) scored a unanimous decision win over Jorge Masvidal in his last outing in November, which was the Jackson’s MMA fighter’s sixth straight victory.

No other bouts for the June 7th Fight Night card have been announced as of yet.
