HDNet fights has announced that former Strikeforce heavyweight Bobby Lashley will fight UFC vet Eddie Sanchez at Titan Fighting Championships upcoming, July 28^th event in Kansas City. Titan FC 19 will be broadcast live on HDNet.

Lashley (6-1) will be looking to move to 2-0 under the Titan FC banner, as the former professional wrestler scored a unanimous decision win over John Ott at the promotion’s seventeenth event in March. Prior to the win, Lashley (pictured) was stopped by Chad Griggs at Strikeforce’s “Houston” event last August, handing the heavyweight his first professional loss.

Sanchez (12-5) is coming off back-to-back losses to Neil Grove and most recently Mike Whitehead, who defeated the Bellator vet by split decision at a Pure Fighting Championship event in December. Prior to the losses Sanchez had won four straight.

The July 28^th, Titan FC event will be hosted by Kanas City’s Memorial Hall. More bouts are expected to be announced shortly.
