Cain Velasquez And Junior Dos Santos Lead UFC 160 Payroll
By FCF Staff
The Nevada State Athletic Commission has released the payroll for this past weekend’s UFC 160 card at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, and the promotion’s heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez was the top earner.
Velasquez was paid $400,000 for his quick, TKO win over Antonio Silva according to the figures, while “Bigfoot” was paid $75,000.
The card’s other top earner, not surprisingly, was former champ Junior dos Santos, who was reportedly paid $240,000 for his memorable knockout victory over Mark Hunt. The latter earned $160,000 for his role in the card’s co-main-event.
