Although Chad Mendes and UFC featherweight champ Jose Aldo don’t have a set date for their rematch, the two continue to exchange words in the wake of UFC 176’s cancellation.

Aldo recently released a fiery statement in response to comments from Mendes, who questioned the severity of the champ’s neck injury. In addition to asking the challenger to “prescribe one of your supplements”, Aldo blasted Mendes for insinuating he is afraid to face him again.

Well, here is what Mendes posted on Instagram in response to Aldo’s statement:

Mendes and Aldo fought for the first time in January, 2012, and the latter won via first round, KO.

They were set to fight again at UFC 176 on August 2nd, however, after the injured Aldo withdrew the event was cancelled.
