Chris Camozzi will get an opportunity to record his fourth straight win, likely sooner than he expected, as the middleweight will replace the injured CB Dollaway at UFC on FX 8. Camozzi will battle Cezar Ferreira at the event, which will be hosted by the Arena Jaragua in Jaragua do Sul, Brazil on May 18th.

The bout was announced via the UFC Brazil Twitter feed; however, no details regarding Dollaway’s injury were provided.

Camozzi (19-5) is coming off a split decision win over Nick Ring at UFC 158 last March, which followed victories over Luiz Cane, Nick Catone and Dustin Jacoby.

Ferreira (5-2) scored a unanimous decision win over Sergio Moraes at UFC 147 in June to win TUF Brasil.

UFC on FX 8 will be headlined by a middleweight bout between Vitor Belfort and former Strikeforce champ Luke Rockhold.
