Strikeforce has confirmed that Cincinnati’s U.S. Bank Arena will host the promotion’s upcoming September 10 event. The card will feature the semifinals of the ongoing Strikeforce Heavyweight Grand-Prix, which will see Antonio Silva take on Daniel Cormier and Josh Barnett face Sergei Kharitonov.

The venue and location for the September 10^th card was announced following Strikeforce’s Challengers event in Las Vegas, Nevada last night.

Some of the other bouts scheduled for the event include middleweight champion Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza vs. Luke Rockhold, Roger Gracie vs. “King Mo” Lawal, Maximo Blanco vs. Josh Thomson and Jordan Mein vs. Evangelista Santos.

“Strikeforce: Heavyweight Grand Prix Semifinals” will be broadcast on Showtime.
