Cody Garbrandt has made it quite clear in recent months he’s not a big fan of TJ Dillashaw, and it looks like that’s not going to change on the set of TUF 25.

The bantamweights and ex-teammates are coaching opposite one another on the next season of the show, which is currently filming in Las Vegas. Garbrandt will defend the 135 title against the former champ later this year, on a date yet to be determined.

Recently the UFC held a media day in advance of the TUF 25 premiere, which will take place on April 19th. Garbrandt had this to say about Dillashaw, who has feuded with Urijah Faber, since he left Team Alpha Male (quote via MMA Fighting):

“He’s trying to play the victim on the show,” Garbrandt said. “He’s trying to be the nice guy. I already know who T.J. is.”

“It’s a fight that I’ve wanted for so long, especially with the animosity and hatred towards T.J. for what he’s done and how he’s acted — not as a fighter, but as a man,” Garbrandt added.

Garbrandt won the 135 title in December by outscoring Dominick Cruz for the unanimous decision win. Dillashaw, meanwhile, is coming off a decision win over John Lineker that same month.
