Dan Henderson Says Conor McGregor’s Historic Win Has Gone to “Head” of Star

Dan Henderson has praised Conor McGregor for his performance at UFC 205, but it looks like the legend doesn’t agree with some of the statements the star made afterwards.

McGregor took out Eddie Alvarez in the second round on Saturday, and in doing so, laid claim to the lightweight title. As a result, the featherweight champion became the first person in UFC history to hold two titles at once.

After the event, McGregor said that he wants a “equity stake” in the UFC, if the promotion’s new owners want him to “stick around”. More recently, Henderson tweeted out the following comment:

Henderson, who retired this past October after losing to Michael Bisping, held PRIDE’s welterweight and middleweight titles simultaneously.
