Dana White Believes Ronda Rousey’s Return Will be “Biggest Pay-Per-View” in UFC History

It remains to be seen if and when Ronda Rousey will make her UFC return, but when she does, Dana White believes it will be the biggest pay-per-view event in the promotion’s history.
The former bantamweight champ hasn’t fought now since last November, when she was brutally KO’d by Holly Holm. When 2016 began, the expectation was that Rousey would fight again this summer. But, the star proceeded to request more time off, and now it looks like the year will go by without “Rowdy” fighting.
White recently appeared on “The Herd“, and when asked if Rousey’s return could generate more PPV sales than the Nate Diaz – Conor McGregor bouts, the UFC President stated (quote via MMA Junkie.com):
“Yes,” White said.” “I think that Ronda Rousey’s return will be the biggest pay-per-view we’ve ever done.”
The first bout between McGregor and Diaz this past March, is believed to have generated around 1.5 million PPV buys.
