Dana White Says Floyd Mayweather – Conor McGregor Sold 6.5 Million PPV Buys

Last Saturday’s boxing match between Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor was expected to be massive, and Dana White’s reporting that the August 26th fight was just that.
In a recent video that was posted on Instagram, White can be heard saying that the bout sold 6.5 million pay-per-view buys. If accurate, that would make the fight the top selling bout of all time. Mayweather’s 2015 bout with Manny Pacquiao is believed to have sold 5.5 million PPVs worldwide.
Mayweather won last weekend’s bout by stopping McGregor in round ten.
