Dana White Tells Nate Diaz to “Sit Out as Long as You Want” After Vet’s Latest Verbal Jab
By FCF Staff
Nate Diaz has made it clear in recent months that he’s not happy with his current UFC contract, and after taking another verbal jab at his employer, Dana White has fired back.
The following tweet appeared on Nate Diaz’s official Twitter account recently, not long before Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone is set to fight Jim Miller at UFC Fight Night 45 on Wednesday.
Some people just suck way too much #UFCdick …

In White’s weekly story at UFC.com, the promotion’s president had this to say about Diaz and the fighter’s latest comment:
“Nate can do whatever he wants to do. Nate can sit out and not suck any UFC whatever, for as long as he wants to. Who cares, he’s a grown man,” White said. “Sit out for as long as you want, sit out the rest of your career, it’s your decision. But to start making fun of guys who actually like to fight, and guys who go out there and put on unbelievable fights and people love to see him? (Cowboy) steps up and does what he does. People love Cowboy Cerrone.”
Diaz hasn’t fought since last November, when he stopped Gray Maynard in the first round at the TUF 18 Finale. The victory followed consecutive losses to Josh Thomson and Benson Henderson.
Cerrone has already fought twice in 2014.
UFC FN 45 will be hosted by the Revel Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
