Darren Till Proposes Stephen Thompson as Next Opponent
By FCF Staff
Following UFC Fight Night 118 last weekend, there was a lot of discussion about Darren Till fighting Mike Perry next, but the undefeated welterweight’s proposed a bout with Stephen Thompson.
Till finished veteran contender Donald Cerrone in the opening round on Saturday, and afterwards, the British fighter proceeded to have words with Perry, who was in attendance. Perry is scheduled to fight Santiago Ponzinibbio on December 16th, but the powerful welterweight expressed an interest in facing Till, after that bout.
Since then, however, Till tweeted out the comment below:
Just gonna put it out there, but imagine the chess game of striking me and wonderboy would have? #HighLevelStriking

Thompson is currently scheduled to fight Jorge Masvidal at UFC 217, on November 4th.
