Former lightweight prospect Charles Oliveira will drop to featherweight and will face Eric Wisely January 28th at the UFC on FOX 2 card in Chicago. The promotion has added the bout to the line-up of the upcoming card, which will be hosted by the United Center and will air on FOX.

Oliveira (14-2) is coming off a first round, stoppage loss to Donal Cerrone in August, after incurring a no contest result against Nik Lentz in June, when Oliveira struck the lightweight with an illegal knee.

Oliveira scored wins over Darren Elkins and Efrain Escudero in his first two Octagon appearances, before being submitted by Jim Miller in December, 2010.

Wisely (19-6) wil make his UFC debut having gone 4-1 in his last five fights, with his only loss during that stretch coming against Pat Healy, while competing for Strikeforce in August.

Wisely earned victories over vets  Lance Wipf, Hermes Franca and Matt Veach before the loss.

The UFC on FOX 2 broadcast will feature three noteworthy tilts, including Rashad Evans vs. Phil Davis, Mark Munoz vs. Chael Sonnen and Michael Bisping vs. Demian Maia.
