Fedor Emelianenko put an end to his three fight losing skid today in Moscow, Russia, by working his way to a unanimous decision win over former UFC contender Jeff Monson.

Emelianenko hadn’t earned a victory via the judge’s scorecards since 2005, when he defeated Mirko “Cro Cop” Filipovic by UD at Pride’s “Final Conflict” card that year.

Today’s card also saw Daniel Weichel take M-1 Global’s lightwieght championship, by knocking out Jose Figueroa in the first round.

Here are the results from M-1 Global’s “Fedor vs. Monson.”

Fedor Emelianenko def. Jeff Monson via unanimous decision
Daniel Weichel def. Jose Figueroa via KO (strikes) – R1
Alexander Yakovlev def. Juan Manuel Suarez via TKO (punches) – R2
Yuri Ivlev def. Jerome Bouisson via TKO (punches) – R1
Mairbek Taisumov def. Joshua Thorpe via KO (punches) – R2
Mikhail Malyutin def. Seydina Seck via KO (punches) – R1
