Jessica Penne secured a second round, triangle-choke victory over Naho Sugiyama Saturday in Kansas City, Kansas, to become Invicta FC’s first atomweight champion. With the win, the 105 pound, Bellator vet has won three straight fights, and Penne’s record now stands at 10-1.

The loss was the first of Sugiyama’s career and leaves her record t 8-1.
