In recent months, Joe Rogan said he might walk away from his commentating duties with the UFC. But recently the comedian reported he’ll to continue call fights for least one more year.

During a recent episode of Rogan’s podcast, UFC fighter Jeremy Stephens asked the accomplished martial artist if he’s going to remain with the UFC.

Rogan proceeded to disclose that he’s signed a new, “year-by-year” deal; however, he will not be announcing international events any longer. Rogan will only call pay-per-view events, and will not be part of cards broadcast on FOX.

Rogan has been commentating on UFC fights since 1997.
