After his recent exit from the UFC, established vet John “The Natural” Alessio has reportedly signed a multi-fight deal with the growing Canadian organization Aggression Fighting Championship. Alessio will make his debut for the promotion at its upcoming November 3rd card in Victoria, British Columbia.

The 33 year-old-fighter, who was born on Vancouver Island, is coming off back-to-back losses to Mark Bocek and more recently Shane Roller. Alessio had gone 9-1 in his 10 bouts prior to his UFC return. During that run the Xtreme Couture fighter scored wins over noted fighters like Chris Clements, Ryan Healy,  and Ryan “War Machine” Koppenhaver.

“I am super pumped to fight back where it all began, in Victoria, where I haven’t fought since 1998,” Alessio (34-16) said in a press release from the promotion. “I can’t wait to put on an exciting fight for the AFC!”

Alessio’s opponent for the AFC card has yet to be determined.
