Jon Jones Says He’s a “Victim of my Own Ignorance”
By FCF Staff
After the Nevada Commission disclosed on Monday what substances Jon Jones allegedly tested positive for, the fighter relayed on Twitter that he’s still hopeful the system will prove his innocence.
During a meeting yesterday, the Commission reported that the anti-estrogenic agent Hydroxy-clomiphene, and aromatase inhibitor Letrozole metabolite, were found in the drug test, which led to Jones’ removal from UFC 200. Afterwards, the UFC’s interim light-heavyweight champ posted the following comments on Twitter.
Not trying 2 come across as a victim if anything Im a victim of my own ignorance & yes this could've been prevented https://t.co/bM0FTB5A9B
