Kevin Casey Apologizes After Failing UFC 175 Drug Test
By FCF Staff
Not long after the Nevada State Athletic Commission has disclosed that Kevin Casey failed his post UFC 175 drug test, the 33 year-old fighter has issue an apology.
Recently it was announced by the NSAC that Casey tested positive for the banned substance drostanolone, following his stoppage win over Bubba Bush on July 5th.
Casey tweeted the following statement on Thursday in response:
I apologize to @UFC & the NSAC for my irresponsible action. I made a bad decision trying to cut weight. We are competing in a cleaner sport.

The Los Angeles fighter has been temporarily suspended pending further disciplinary action from the NSAC.
